On the road or in one of our secure terminals, your shipment is in good hands. We train our drivers and dispatchers in-house at the CHET Driving Academy, and back them up with a breadth of equipment and technology to keep a close eye on whatever you're shipping.
Local and Long Haul
We have 40 trucks doing Toronto/GTA pickups/deliveries and over 200 trucks moving containers along the eastern seaboard. This includes daily trips to and from the ports of Montreal and New York/New Jersey for international shipments.
We're now among the largest intermodal trucking companies servicing the Great Lakes States, the Midwest and the North Eastern USA.
Storage
Our three CTPAT-certified yards/terminals in the GTA are fully gated and guarded with video surveillance and 24/7 on-site security. They're located within three minutes of each other, less than five minutes off the QEW Highway and less than 20 minutes from Highway 401 — and two are Canada Customs bonded.
The combined 32 acres has the capacity for 6,000 intermodal containers, including seven cranes with built-in weight scaling. Additionally, we offer monitoring services & pre-tripping services for reefers and 160 reefer plug-ins.
Maintenance
We support the trucks, trailers and containers that support your loads with 24/7 fleet repair performed by licensed mechanics in garages certified by the US Department of Transportation and Transport Canada. The two locations are staffed by licensed mechanics and seven combined drive-through doors
