Musket Transport and CHET Now Accepting Applications for Annual Women in Commercial Driving Scholarship

Musket Transport is proud to announce its annual funding initiative for women pursuing careers in the transportation industry. The company will again provide manual AZ driver training grants at its Career College, CHET, offering a unique opportunity for women to enter the commercial driving profession.

This scholarship program aims to remove the financial barriers often faced by women interested in the transport industry. Musket Transport is committed to training and employing women as commercial drivers, with the goal of creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce within the sector.

Candidates, who successfully complete the training, pass the Ministry Road Test, and Musket's Carrier Road Test will be offered full-time employment as commercial drivers at Musket Transport.

"We are deeply committed to empowering women by giving them the skills and opportunities to succeed in a traditionally male-dominated field," said Sophia Sniegowski Begidzhanov, Corporate Communications Officer at Musket Transport. "This scholarship removes the initial financial hurdle that can prevent women from pursuing a career as a commercial driver. We are excited to continue this initiative and look forward to seeing more women join the industry."
